The AI Advantage Isn't About Speed.
It's About Judgment.

For professionals staying ahead of the curve, and leaders and business owners ready to scale smarter. Stop chasing random tools and start building the strategic workflows that modernize your role, reclaim your time, and secure your future.

Nine belts. One climb — from operating AI on your real work to deploying agents that run it for you.

You don't need more tools.
You need a system.

You've spent years building your expertise. You know how to lead, solve complex problems, and navigate corporate nuance. But lately, it feels like the ground is shifting.

The digital natives are moving fast. The tools are multiplying daily. And while you're "using" AI, it feels chaotic—random prompts, hit-or-miss results, and the nagging fear that you're just scratching the surface while others are racing ahead.

The Truth?

The "AI Advantage" isn't about who can click the fastest. It's about who can direct the best. AI isn't here to replace your brilliance. It's here to scale it. But only if you move from "Prompter" to "Architect."

The Curriculum

From Context to Command

This is not a lecture series. It's a belt system for mastery. Each belt is one capability you keep — and the ladder shows exactly what you become at every level, and what it's worth to you.

AI operator Project director Independent problem-solver Decision-maker Process owner Workflow orchestrator Framework builder Capability owner Agent builder
1
Week 1 · White Belt

From manual producer AI operator

It starts by mapping your own role. You'll break your job into its recurring deliverables and see exactly where AI creates leverage — then learn what AI really is: an information manufacturing system you direct, not a search engine. We cover inputs, outputs, and model types (reasoning vs. agents) so you can give AI the context it needs to deliver expert-level work.

▶ Apply it this week

List the deliverables you produce most and note how each is measured today. Then hand AI a real source file — a report, transcript, or proposal — and put one improved output to work.

What it's worth to you

You start grounded in your own role, producing real work from familiar inputs — establishing you as a practical AI operator, not a casual experimenter, with a baseline you can measure progress against.

2
Week 2 · Yellow Belt

From task executor project director

Strategy without execution is just theory. Here you turn AI into your project manager — structured goal-setting, mapping deliverables, and sequencing complex work — and build reusable prompts, including prompts that help you write better prompts.

▶ Apply it this week

Take one ambiguous objective from your work and turn it into milestones, tasks, acceptance criteria, and a set of reusable prompts you keep.

What it's worth to you

A repeatable path from ambiguity to execution can qualify you for more consequential assignments — and makes your time noticeably more valuable.

3
Week 3 · Orange Belt

From reliant learner independent problem-solver

The smartest leaders don't know everything; they know who to ask. Build a personal "board of directors" from AI personas to diagnose obstacles, challenge your thinking, and close a skill gap while the work is still moving — with focused 7- or 30-day learning plans.

▶ Apply it this week

When a live project stalls, pinpoint the exact skill gap, consult simulated expert perspectives, and complete a focused 7-day learning plan around it.

What it's worth to you

Closing skill gaps in real time expands the range of problems you can take on without waiting on outside help — you become the person who figures it out.

4
Week 4 · Green Belt

From answer-taker decision-maker

AI can hallucinate; a Black Belt verifies. Use assumption audits, first-principles reasoning, second-order consequences, systems maps, and risk analysis to pressure-test important decisions before you act.

▶ Apply it this week

Before your next important recommendation, use AI to test your assumptions, map the consequences, surface system effects, and document the material risks.

What it's worth to you

Better-supported recommendations build executive trust and decision access — and strengthen your case for higher-value advisory and leadership work.

5
Week 5 · Blue Belt

From role performer process owner

AI reshapes work by shifting you from owning a role to owning a process. Map an end-to-end value stream, find the handoff friction, and redesign the work around outcomes — placing AI where it creates real leverage.

▶ Apply it this week

Map one full process — its owners, handoffs, delays, and measures — and redesign it around the result your organization actually needs.

What it's worth to you

Evidence that you can improve a whole process, not just your slice of it, moves your value from task execution toward outcome ownership.

6
Week 6 · Purple Belt

From process owner workflow orchestrator

Leave "chat" behind. Systematize your work into repeatable Level 3 and Level 4 workflows that connect tasks, processes, and systems around predictable business outcomes. The reliable workflow you build here becomes your golden example — the most important ingredient in the agent you'll build in Week 9.

▶ Apply it this week

Connect the tasks behind one cross-functional outcome into a workflow with explicit inputs, handoffs, approvals, and AI support. Hold onto it — this is your golden example.

What it's worth to you

Running a dependable cross-functional workflow strengthens your case for wider authority, larger engagements, or increased compensation.

7
Week 7 · Brown Belt

From workflow orchestrator framework builder

Real work happens across teams. Map processes to the APQC framework and build repeatable, cross-functional frameworks that let a team produce expert-level deliverables — strategic plans, compliance packages, financial models — without an expert in every seat.

▶ Apply it this week

Turn the recurring work behind one expert deliverable into a reusable framework of workflows that others can run.

What it's worth to you

Owning a reusable framework cuts coordination time and creates intellectual property that travels with your career, not just your current job.

8
Week 8 · Black Belt · AI Insourcing

From framework builder capability owner

The capstone. Reverse-engineer finished deliverables — even purchased tools and outsourced work — into the roles, workflows, prompts, and playbooks your organization can own and improve. You'll map the jagged frontier of AI capability to reproduce expert-level outputs in-house.

▶ Apply it this week

Pick one purchased tool or outsourced deliverable, reconstruct the roles and steps behind it, and document an internal playbook for producing it in-house.

What it's worth to you

An owned, in-house alternative creates visible savings and hard proof of capability — the kind that supports budget authority, fees, and compensation conversations.

9
Week 9 · Beyond Black Belt · The Finale

From capability owner agent builder

Week 9 is where everything clicks. Your Level 4 workflow from Purple Belt wasn't just practice — it was your golden example, the most critical ingredient in a deployable AI agent. You'll learn the 5-file agent structure, install a working agent in Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini, and map your own best work into a system that runs on repeat.

▶ Apply it this week

Build your agent live in session, then deploy it so it runs the deliverable for you — while you set the objectives, handle the exceptions, and focus on the highest-level work.

What it's worth to you

This is the difference between using AI and deploying it. You leave with a working agent, the architecture to build more — and the ability to bring that same capability into any team or company you work with.

What it's worth to you

Every belt pays you back.

This isn't skill-building for its own sake. Each level changes how your organization sees your value — and where you stand in conversations about scope, authority, and pay.

Become the person who figures it out

Close skill gaps in real time and take on problems that used to wait on outside help — without slowing the work down.

Move from task execution to outcome ownership

Prove you can improve whole processes and run reliable cross-functional workflows — the evidence behind wider authority and bigger engagements.

Own capability you used to outsource

Insource what your team used to buy, and walk into budget, fee, and compensation conversations with hard proof of what you can build.

Real Results. Real Complexity. Real Impact.

"I didn't just 'learn AI.' I learned how to apply it the way top consulting firms do. I created a workflow that analyzed real customer reviews across platforms like Google, Yelp, and DealerRater, identified trends, and translated insights into an executive-ready presentation. I shared this with hiring managers after an interview, demonstrating real strategic value before even starting the role."

Jeff B.Automotive Strategy

"I needed to fix our entire customer support library. It had been a manual 'labor of love' that was draining our team. I used the Black Belt to reverse-engineer my entire solution. I thought it was going to take weeks, but in just a few hours, I had a working beta... a redesigned help desk connected to knowledge base. To say my excitement was bursting at the seams is an understatement."

Christi S.Founder, Automation on a Mission

"I always started too big and got overwhelmed. The way Nicole teaches it, AI isn't cheating -- it's the parts of your brain that already exist, just faster. I re-engineered a client's brand directly from their existing material, saving a full week of manual work. The ROI was immediate, both in time and sanity."

The Guide

I've Been Where You Are.

I'm Nicole Yue. I didn't learn strategy from a prompt; I learned it in corporate America. I've spent nearly 30 years in strategy, operations, human capital, and tech-enabled transformation.

I teach the AI Black Belt because I want every business person to unlock the full power of this technology in every role. This is applicable from coordinators, to executive leaders, to small business owners and their teams.

I don't teach "hacks." I teach Process, Strategy, Productivity, and Leadership. AI is just the lever we use to lift the heavy things.
